1.Please make sure you order enough
wedding invitations and accessories. We recommend
ordering at least 25 more invitations and related items.
The cost to reorder is the original first 25's
price, not the additional 25's price.
2. All invitations (with exception of the
handmade) are listed with the price for printed invitations (black ink)
with envelopes. Blank invitations are available at the same listed price. Your invitations will be thermographed which
is a process also known as raised printing
3.Turn around time for most of these
invitations is 2-3 weeks. You can upgrade your shipping from regular UPS to 3
day, 2 day or overnight. Please understand that this is SHIPPING TIME and
the invitations still need to go through the printing process. Check with your wedding invitation consultant
4. Response cards come with envelopes printed with your address.
5.Do not abbreviate words like street, avenue, court, etc... Do not abbreviate city names. It is not proper
to include zip codes on invitations but you should include it on your envelope
address.
6. Use morning for weddings before 12:00 noon, Afternoon; for weddings before 6:00 p.m., and
evening; for wedding after 6:00 p.m
7.Informals can be used as thank you notes. They will have your names printed on front( Mr. and Mrs. John
Smith). We recommend ordering your thank you notes at the same time you order
your wedding invitations. This saves on shipping costs.
8. A proof is a e-mail black and white document with the actual layout and font size of your invitation. We
recommend proofs in order to avoid mistakes on the final product. Proof turn around time is
up to 5 business days.
9.We recommend sending out wedding invitations 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding date.
